Flat 3

view from main bedroom view from living room

Flat 3 is at the top of the house. Its two front windows - of the living room and the main bedroom - look down the valley. There are wonderful views from the the living room and the main bedroom

The equivalent two windows at the back of the house - of the study or second bedroom and the kitchen - look onto the garden that encircles the house and up the valley towards Stonor.

There is a small utility room beside the kitchen. The bathroom (shower only) and toilet are on the floor below.

Access to the front door, on the first floor of the house, is up a metal staircase, strong and wide but steep. This makes the flat unsuitable for children or for anyone who has a problem with stairs.

The furniture in the flat is mainly antique but not, of course, in the kitchen or the bathroom. There is a built-in electric oven and separate electric hob, also a washing machine/drier. (note: The TV shown in the living room is not included)

The flat is cabled for ready for satellite TV, and the local telephone exchange is broadband enabled

The lawned gardens around the flats are extensive and include mature trees. Those at the side and the back are for the exclusive use of the tenants of the flats.
